Our Why

Boundary Street Advisors is more than full-service commercial real estate.

We are a testament to those who came before us. Our name honors the once-thriving, Brooklyn neighborhood, a community lost to Charlotte’s urban renewal of the 1960s and 1970s. Though Boundary Street was one of the Brooklyn neighborhood streets erased from the city map, the stories of the place and the people became that of legends.

We serve people. Boundary Street Advisors serves people and invests in communities; we learn each client’s story and identify their real estate goals. We power each relationship and each project with trust, diligence and drive for excellence.
